    Canada is not responsible and will not assume any liabilities whatsoever for the information found on websites of third parties. 
    
    In the event an NPP, bid solicitation or related documentation would be 
    amended, Canada will not be sending notifications. Canada will post all 
    amendments using GETS. It is the sole responsibility of the Bidder to regularly consult GETS for the most up-to-date information. 
    
    Canada will not be liable for any oversight on the Bidder's part nor for notification services offered by a third party.
    
    PROJECT DESCRIPTION
    The work of this contract includes the dredging of a section of the basin at Cap-des-Rosiers, Gaspésie (Quebec). The area to be dredged is estimated to 2,828 m2 and include contaminated sediment that shall be disposed in an authorized onshore site.
    
    MANDATORY CRITERIA AT CLOSING DATE
    1.1 Bidders shallcomplete the Unit Price Form;
    1.2 Bidders shall enclose bid security with its bid;
    1.3 Bidders shall identify the equipment that will be used to perform the work;
    1.3.1 Bidders shall provide Canadian made floating equipment registered in Can
    ada;
    1.3.2 Floating equipment that are non-canadian made shall be registered 
    in Canada and the bidder shall provide a certificate of qualification issued by Industry Canada;
    1.4 Bidders shall provide a description of the dredge(s) and dump scows;
    1.5 Bidders shall provide the positioning system description.
    
    MANDATORY CRITERIA PRIOR TO CONTRACT AWARD
    - CODE OF CONDUCT CERTIFICATIONS - CONSENT T0 A CRIMINAL RECORD VERIFICATION:
    
    Bidders must provide with their bid or promptly thereafter a complete list of names of all individuals who are currently directors of the Bidder. If the required names have not been received by the time the evaluation of bids is completed, Canada will inform the Bidder of a time frame within which to provide the information. Failure to comply will render the bid non-responsive.
    
    Canada may, at any time, request that a Bidder provide properly completed and Signed Consent Forms (Consent to a Criminal Record Verification form - PWGSC-TPSGC 229) for any or all individuals aforementioned within the time specified. Failure to provide such Consent Forms within the time period provided will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.
    
    PERIOD OF WORK
    The contractor shall perform and complete the work within 8 weeks from the date of the notification of acceptance of the offer.
    
    BUDGET
    The budget, for this project, is between 250 001 $ and 500 000 $
