VISITOR CENTER NWA LAKE ST-FRANÇCOIS

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The project involves the construction of a new Visitor Center and an ecological toilet at the Lake St-François National Wildlife Area, QC.

SITE VISIT
There will be a site visit on August 15, 2019 at 1:30 pm. Interested bidders are to meet at Visitor Center at 7600 Chemin de la Pointe-Fraser, Saint-Anicet, QC. Bidders wishing to visit are requested to confirm their attendance to the Contracting Authority mentioned above in clause IP02 at least 24 hours prior to visit.

MANDATORY CRITERIA AT CLOSING DATE
- The Bidder shall enclose bid security with its bid;

MANDATORY CRITERIA PRIOR TO CONTRACT AWARD
- The Bidder must provide the listing of subcontractors;

PERIOD OF WORK
The Contractor can begin Work on the site as of December 2, 2019 and must perform and complete the Work by May 1st, 2020.
