VISITOR CENTER NWA LAKE ST-FRANÇCOIS

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The project involves the construction of a new Visitor Center and an ecological toilet at the Lake St-François National Wildlife Area, QC.

SITE VISIT
There will be a site visit on March 25, 2021 at 11:00 am. Interested bidders are to meet at Visitor Center at 7600 Chemin de la Pointe-Fraser, Saint-Anicet, QC. Bidders wishing to visit are requested to confirm their attendance to the Contracting Authority mentioned above in clause IP02 at least 24 hours prior to visit.

MANDATORY CRITERIA AT CLOSING DATE
- The Bidder shall enclose bid security with its bid.

MANDATORY CRITERIA PRIOR TO CONTRACT AWARD
- The Bidder must provide the listing of its directors.

PERIOD OF WORK
The Contractor cannot start the Work before May 1, 2021 and complete it within the following 17 weeks.
