TITLE : 
Wheel guard repairs

TRADE AGREEMENT: 
The requirement is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: 
The work includes, but is not limited to: 
- Demolition of tubular steel wheel guard at berth station #4.
- Installation of new galvanized steel wheel guard at berth station #4.
- Installation of reflective tape along wheel guard at berth station #4.
- Demolition of berth station #2 wheel guard.
- Minor repairs at berth station #1 wheel guard.

PROJECT ADRESS: 
Wharf of Baie-Comeau.

MANDATORY CRITERIA AT CLOSING DATE: 
The Bidder must enclose bid security with its bid.

MANDATORY CRITERIAS PRIOR TO CONTRACT AWARD: 
- The Bidder must provide the listing of subcontractors;

- Integrity provisions:

Bidders must provide with their bid or promptly thereafter a complete list of names of all individuals who are currently directors of the Bidder. If the required names have not been received by the time the evaluation of bids is completed, Canada will inform the Bidder of a time frame within which to provide the information. Failure to comply will render the bid non-responsive.

Canada may, at any time, request that a Bidder provide properly completed and Signed Consent Forms (Consent to a Criminal Record Verification form - PWGSC-TPSGC 229) for any or all individuals aforementioned within the time specified. Failure to provide such Consent Forms within the time period provided will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.

PERIOD OF WORK : 
The Contractor must perform and complete the Work within 12 weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer.
