    TITLE : 
    Wharf reconstruction, Port St-François
    
    TRADE AGREEMENT : 
    The requirement is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
    
    PROJECT DESCRIPTION : 
    Port St Francois wharf reconstruction project includes various components : 
    - Demolition of a part of existing wharf; 
    - Construction of new wooden cribwork; 
    - Construction of an armor rock embankment west of wharf; 
    - Pavement works; 
    - Repair of concrete curb;  
    - Supply and installation of floating docks and wharf equipment; 
    - Various electrical works. 
    
    It is a project that implies a thorough planning from contractor regarding recovery of material in existing works and management of demolition material in confined space. 
    
    Work will have to be carried out in late fall and early winter in harsh conditions. 
    
    PROJECT ADRESS : 
    Port St-François, Nicolet (Quebec)
    
    SITE VISIT : 
    There will be no site visit. Before submitting bid, Contractor is responsible to visit site and get all necessary information regarding nature and scope of the contract, as well as all the conditions that may affect the execution of the contract.
    
    MANDATORY CRITERIA AT CLOSING DATE: 
    The Bidder must enclose bid security with its bid.
    
    MANDATORY CRITERIAS PRIOR TO CONTRACT AWARD : 
    - The Bidder must provide the listing of subcontractors;
    - Integrity provisions:
    
    Bidders must provide with their bid or promptly thereafter a complete list of names of all individuals who are currently directors of the Bidder. If the required names have not been received by the time the evaluation of bids is completed, Canada will inform the Bidder of a time frame within which to provide the information. Failure to comply will render the bid non-responsive.
    
    Canada may, at any time, request that a Bidder provide properly completed and Signed Consent Forms (Consent to a Criminal Record Verification form - PWGSC-TPSGC 229) for any or all individuals aforementioned within the time specified. Failure to provide such Consent Forms within the time period provided will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.
    
    PERIOD OF WORK : 
    The Contractor must perform and complete the wharf construction work at the latest on March 15, 2020. The Contractor must perform and complete the work related to paving, concreting and floating docks installation at the latest on June 15, 2020.
