SECURITY REQUIREMENT
This request does not contain a security requirement.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Work of this Contract include repainting, replacement of steel
floor planks and all
associated works related to the work on the wharf gangway on
behalf of Fisheries and Oceans Canada. They also include the
replacement of steel floor planks of the transfer panel on the
Marine gangway.

MANDATORY CRITERIA
Comply with all laws and regulations.

PERIOD OF WORK
The work is to be completed by March 31, 2012.

service provider. Firms that elect to base their bids on tender
documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk
and will be solely responsible to inform the tender calling
authority of their intention to bid.
