CAP-AUX-MEULES - INSTALLATION OF 3 BOLLARDS

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The work included in this project include the installation of 3 Bollards at the commercial Wharf of Cap-aux-Meules, QC.

More precisely, the work includes the following:
-Provide the expertise, all materials, labour, tools, equipment to execute the work,
-demolition and excavation of the existing structures,
-Build 3 new Bollards of 75 Tons in conformity with drawings and sections included in specifications.


MANDATORY CRITERIA AT CLOSING DATE
-The Bidder shall enclose bid security with its bid;

MANDATORY CRITERIA PRIOR TO CONTRACT AWARD
-The Bidder must provide the listing of subcontractors;
-Integrity provisions:
Bidders must provide with their bid or promptly thereafter a complete list of names of all individuals who are currently directors of the Bidder. If the required names have not been received by the time the evaluation of bids is completed, Canada will inform the Bidder of a time frame within which to provide the information. Failure to comply will render the bid non-responsive.

Canada may, at any time, request that a Bidder provide properly completed and Signed Consent Forms (Consent to a Criminal Record Verification form - PWGSC-TPSGC 229) for any or all individuals aforementioned within the time specified. Failure to provide such Consent Forms within the time period provided will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.

PERIOD OF WORK
The work shall be completed within 10 weeks from the date of the contract award.
