    MAINTENANCE DREDGING - MONTREAL/ST-ANTOINE
    
    PROJECT DESCRIPTION
    The work of this contract includes the maintenance dredging of the St-Lawrence waterway between Montreal and St.Antoine (Quebec). The basis of payment is hourly and by kilometer.
    
    MANDATORY CRITERIA AT CLOSING DATE
    1.1 Bidders shall complete the Unit Price Form;
    1.2 Bidders shall enclose bid security with its bid;
    1.3 Bidders shall identify the equipment that will be used to perform the work;
    1.3.1 Bidders shall provide Canadian made floating equipment registered in Canada;
    1.3.2 Floating equipment that are non-canadian made shall be registered in Canada and the bidder shall provide a certificate of qualification issued by Industry Canada;
    1.4 Bidders shall provide a description of the dredge(s) and dump scows;
    1.5 Experience of the superintendent
    1.6 Bidders shall provide the positioning system description.
    
    MANDATORY CRITERIA PRIOR TO CONTRACT AWARD
    - INTEGRITY PROVISIONS - LIST OF NAMES:
    
    Bidders must provide with their bid or promptly thereafter a complete list of names of all individuals who are currently directors of the Bidder. If the required names have not been received by the time the evaluation of bids is completed, Canada will inform the Bidder of a time frame within which to provide the information. Failure to comply will render the bid non-responsive.
    
    Canada may, at any time, request that a Bidder provide properly completed and Signed Consent Forms (Consent to a Criminal Record Verification form - PWGSC-TPSGC 229) for any or all individuals aforementioned within the time specified. Failure to provide such Consent Forms within the time period provided will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.
    
    PERIOD OF WORK
    Contract term: The contract shall be valid from the contract award date to July 27 2022.
    Duration of Work:
    - Season 2020:  Work shall begin between July 6 and 10, 2020 and be completed by July 29, 2020;
    - Season 2021: Work shall begin between July 5 and 9, 2021 and be completed by July 28, 2021.
    - Season 2022:  Work shall begin between July 4 and 8, 2022 and be completed by July 27, 2022.
