Trade Agreement: NONE Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Construction of a new observation Tower NWA Lake Saint-François (Québec) IMPORTANT NOTICE TO SUPPLIERS REFERENCE BID SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS Due to the impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, temporary measures are being taken on-site at the Québec Region Bid Receiving Unit to encourage social distancing. The health and safety of staff and suppliers remains our top priority. Submissions MUST be sent by EPOST Connect service offered by Canada Post. DESCRIPTION The work to be done as indicated in the current mandate consists of the construction of a new sawn lumber observation tower on piles at the Lake Saint-François National Wildlife Area. SITE VISIT / BIDDERS’ CONFERENCE There will not be a site visit. MANDATORY CRITERION AT CLOSING DATE The Bidder shall enclose bid security with its bid. SECURITY REQUIREMENTS There is no security requirement applicable to this Agreement.
