TITLE
Culvert installation, Pointe-de-l’Est NWA, Iles-de-la-Madeleine

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The work under this contract consists mainly, but not exclusively, of the supply and installation of one culvert made of three pipes in the all-terrain vehicle (ATV) trail network of the Pointe-de-l'Est National Wildlife Area (NWA), located in the Iles-de-la-Madeleine.

WORK DESCRIPTION
This work includes, but is not limited to, the removal and disposal of existing pipes, the excavation of existing soil to levels shown on plan, the supply and installation of a new granular foundation, the supply and installation of the new culvert pipes, the reuse of excavated material and provision of new material to backfill expansion areas, profiling and compaction of the backfill, embankments stabilization with geotextile and rockfill, installation and compaction of a granular material running surface as well as any other related work required to the culvert installation.

SITE VISIT
There will be no site visit. Before submitting bid, Contractor is responsible to get all necessary information regarding conditions that may affect the execution of the contract.

The Bidder shall enclose bid security with its bid.
