IMPORTANT NOTICE TO SUPPLIERS REGARDING BID SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

DESCRIPTION

The required work is aimed at performing preventive maintenance on the generator sets at 35 Rue Otis in Les Escoumins, QC. Semi-annual, annual and 5 year inspections will be necessary to allow adequate preventive maintenance.

PERIOD OF CONTRACT

The Contract will be from date of award to December, 31st 2024 plus three individual option years of one year each.

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT

There will be no site visit. Before submitting bid, Contractor is responsible to get all necessary information regarding conditions that may affect the execution of the contract.

SECURITY REQUIREMENTS

There is a security requirement applicable to this Agreement.
