The Department of National Defence (DND) is seeking to obtain water sample analysis services for drinking water, raw water, swimming water, wastewater, water treatment plant sludge, soil and contaminated water. 

DND will collect the samples.

One (1) standing offer will be issued for an estimated amount of $250 000.00 + applicable taxes for three (3) years and two (2) option years of one (1) year each.

Period of the standing offer: from the date of the standing offer to April 30, 2023 and two (2) option years of one (1) year each: from May 1, 2023 to April 30, 2024 and from May 1, 2024 to April 30, 2025.

This requirement is subject to the provisions of the following international agreements:
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CEFTA), World Trade Organization (WTO), Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA).
