NOTICE:
The sourcing strategy relating to this procurement will be limited to suppliers in the area of origin (Eastern Canada) of the vessel in accordance with the Shipbuilding and Repair Procurement Policy.

DESCRIPTION:
To carry out the ship repair work, including dry docking, regarding the Canadian Coast Guard Ships (C.C.G.S.) Pierre Radisson, during the summer season, in accordance with the Technical Specifications entitled ; ‘Annexe A - CCGS PIERRE RADISSON DRYDOCK ‘’ and all related drawings and other technical documents.

BIDDERS’ CONFERENCE (OPTIONAL):

A bidders' Conference chaired by the Contracting Authority was convened at Riverside Public Library - Riverside Meeting Room 1 & 2, 6305 Wyandotte St E, Windsor, ON, N8S 4S5, at 3:00 pm, April 23rd, 2019.

A visit of the vessel was held on 2019-04-24 in the AM onboard the ship.

The requirement is exempt from the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), Annex 4 and the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), Chapter 10 Annex 1001.2b Paragraph 1, however, it is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
