NOTICE
The requirement is exempt from the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), Annex 5 and the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), Chapter Ten Annex 1001.2b Paragraph 1, however, it is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and will be limited to suppliers in Eastern Canada in accordance with Shipbuilding, Refit, Repair and Modernization Policy (1996-12-19).


PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The purpose of this Standing Offer is to obtain repair and supply for spare parts services on refrigeration systems, domestic refrigerators and air-conditioning systems for all Canadian Coast Guard (CCG) vessels operating in the Eastern Region during operational or refit periods. The work will be carried out aboard the vessels that will be moored at the various harbors of the Great Lakes and St. Lawrence sectors.

Services could include, but not be limited to, the following:
• Leak test on refrigeration systems;
• Leak repair;
• Oil change on compressors;
• Refrigerant recovery;
• Refrigerant Addition;
• Troubleshooting and system performance evaluation;
• Change of mechanical or electrical control components;
• Handling Equipment. 
Offerors may submit an offer for one or more service area(s). 

Nine Standing Offers may result from this Request for Standing Offer.

The period for making call-ups against the Standing Offer is from the issuance of the Standing Offer to June 30th 2020.

If the Standing Offer is authorized for use beyond the initial period, the Offeror offers to extend its offer for two additional periods, from July 1st, 2020 to June 30th, 2021 and from July 1st, 2021 to up to 3 years after issuance, under the same conditions and at the rates or prices specified in the Standing Offer, or at the rates or prices calculated in accordance with the formula specified in the Standing Offer.
