    Hard copy (submitted in person or via mail/courier) bids will not be accepted for the subject bid solicitation.

    PROJECT DESCRIPTION
    The requirement is:
    a) The Canadian Coast Guard (CCG) is seeking to replace the propeller shaft coupling bolts of the CCGS Pierre Radisson, Amundsen, and DesGroseilliers, located at 101 boul. Champlain, Quebec City, Quebec. 
    b) To carry out the design, fabrication, supply and installation Work of hydraulically tensioned radial fit bolts, in accordance with the Technical Specifications attached as Annex A and all related drawings.
    c) to carry out any approved unscheduled work not covered in paragraphs a) and b) above.
    Works on CCGS Amundsen and CCGS DesGroseilliers are optional.

    PROPOSED WORK PERIOD
    Refer to Section 7.0 Timelines and constraints of Annex A, Technical Specifications.
    For the CCGS Pierre Radisson only: 
     - The Contractor must ensure that all parts have been delivered to the CCG before April 15 2022.
     - The Contractor must complete the installation work within the CCGS Pierre Radisson’s 6 week refit period.
     - The Contractor must complete the installation work on the CCGS Pierre Radisson while it is afloat and alongside at Québec City, QC, Canada.

    TRADE AGREEMENTS
