TITLE:    RENOVATION OF THE RECEPTION BUILDING, POINT OF
PENOUILLE, FORILLON NATIONAL PARK.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
 .1 The work to be done as indicated in the current contract
consists primarily, but is not limited to:

.1 	The Alteration and the expansion of the reception building
of Penouille sector, at the 		Forillon Nation Park, in Gaspé.
The building includes toilets, an interpretive room, a 		shop, a
food service, an employee room, a terrace and two outdoor kiosks.
.2 	In a particular manner, the work primarily includes, but not
limited to, the provision of 		labour, materials, equipment as
well as any other operations necessary for:
		.1 Demolition of existing components from the building and
from the site 				planning for the construction works and the
site reorganization;
		.2 Replacement of siding walls to cedar shingles;
		.3 Replacement of roof cover for metal covering;
		.4 Replacing doors and windows;
		.5 Reorganization of interior spaces and renovation of
finished;
		.6 Construction of an extension made of a concrete slab and a
wooden framework. 		Exterior walls will be covered with vertical
wooden boards and the roof with 			metal paneling;
		.7 The installation of walkways and a terrace paved with
precast concrete pavers 			including furniture and outdoor
equipments (kiosks and shelters, space for 				shower, handrail,
tables, waste receptacles, etc.);
		.8 The earthworks, repair and refurbishment of the premises.

MANDATORY CRITERIA AT CLOSING DATE
-	The Bidder shall enclose bid security with its bid.

MANDATORY CRITERIA PRIOR TO CONTRACT AWARD
-	INTEGRITY PROVISIONS:

Bidders must provide with their bid or promptly thereafter a
complete list of names of all individuals who are currently
directors of the Bidder. If the required names have not been
received by the time the evaluation of bids is completed, Canada
will inform the Bidder of a time frame within which to provide
the information. Failure to provide the names within the
time-frame specified will render the bid non-responsive.

Canada may, at any time, request that a Bidder provide properly
completed and Signed Consent Forms (Consent to a Criminal Record
Verification form - PWGSC-TPSGC 229) for any or all individuals
mentioned above within a specified time frame. Failure to
provide such Consent Forms within the time frame provided, or
failure to cooperate to the verification process will result in
the bid being declared non-responsive.

PERIOD OF WORK
Works should be completed no later than April 30, 2015

BUDGET
The budget, for this project, is between $500 001  and $1 000
000 (Taxes extra)
