Set-Aside (PSAB)

 This procurement has been set aside under the federal
government's Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business
(PSAB). In order to be considered, a supplier must certify that
it qualifies as an Aboriginal business as defined under PSAB and
that it will comply with all requirements of PSAB.
Requirement

The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for
the provision of Grounding Straps for delivery to 7CFSD
Edmonton, Alberta, in support of the Land Command Support System
(LCSS) System Project. The provision of Grounding Straps
includes a firm requirement for 11 different items of Grounding
Straps ranging in quantity from 500 ea to 2500  ea with
deliveries phased over 7 months, as well as an option for
additional quantities of Grounding Straps.

The Grounding Straps must be produced in compliance with the
specifications provided by Canada. 

Canadian Content.
This procurement is conditionally limited to Canadian Goods, in
accordance with the provisions of the Canadian Content Policy.

Delivery Date: Above-mentioned

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
