    ENOR ORIGINAL
    
    1.	Description
    	This requirement is for the provision of a Supplemental Sensor
    Trainer (SST) for the Canadian Forces Flight Training School.
    The Contractor shall plan, design, develop, construct,
    integrate, test, deliver and install the SST as necessary to
    fulfill the requirements of the SOW.
    2.	Department
    	This requirement is for the Department of National.
    3.	Period of Contract
    	The period of the contract is up to one year.
    4.	Security Requirement
    	There is a security requirement associated with the SST. For
    additional information, consult Part 4 	- Evaluation Procedures,
    and Part 6 - Resulting Contract Clauses.
    5.	Trade Agreements
    	This requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
    American Free Trade Agreement 		(NAFTA), the World Trade
    Organization - Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP),
    		the Canada Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA); the Canada Peru
    Free Trade Agreement 		(CPFTA); and the Agreement on Internal
    Trade (AIT).
    6.	Controlled Goods
    	The SST is not subject to the Controlled Goods Program.
    7.	Code of Conduct
    	Bidders must provide a list of names, or other related
    information as needed, pursuant to section 01 of Standard
    Instructions 2003.
    8.	Federal Contractors Program
    	There is a Federal Contractors Program (FCP) for employment
    equity requirement associated with 	this procurement; see Part 5
    - Certifications, Part 6 - Resulting Contract Clauses and the
    Annex C 		named
    	Federal Contractors Program for Employment Equity Certification.
