Reissue of Bid Solicitation: This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number F7013-190062/A dated 2 November 2021 with a closing date of 17 December 2021 at 14:00 EST. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation.

Some suppliers will be invited directly.


Canadian Coast Guard (CCG) personnel for the new Bay Class Search and Rescue (SAR) Lifeboats require training course sessions for the associated navigation and bridge equipment system that is currently installed on the Bay Class vessel.

A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.

If only one compliant bid is received, price support and price certification may be requested.

There is a security requirement associated with this procurement

Trade Agreements will apply to this requirement: The World Trade Organization - Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP);  North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), CDA-Peru, Chile, Columbia and Panama.  

Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement (CLCA) is not applicable.
