A Regional Individual Standing Offer to type 33 road base gravel
for the Department of National Defence, C.F.B. Dundurn in
Dundurn, Saskatchewan. The offeror will supply and deliver all
materials, labour, equipment, supervision and transportation
necessary to provide type 33 road base gravel on an as required
basis during the period of the standing offer. The standing
offer will be in effect from Issuance of the Standing Offer to
September 30, 2013 with two (2) one (1) year option periods.

Option Year 1 - October 1, 2013 to September 30, 2014
Option Year 2 - October 1, 2014 to September 30, 2015

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World
TradeOrganization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP),
theNorth American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the
Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).

The Offers will be assessed and accepted on a low aggregate
basis. Low aggregate will 			be determined by extending and
totalling the unit prices for all line items including the
option 		years.

Lowest aggregate will be calculated according to the following
method:

1.1 + 2.1 = Evaluated Price

A bid must comply with all requirements of the bid solicitation
to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest
evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.

procurement.
