Trade Agreement: Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Heating System Inspection and Repair, Newcastle, Bathurst and Campbellton Armouries, New Brunswick W6898-180047/A Doucet (STJ), Gisele Telephone No. - (506) 636-4541 Fax No. - (506) 636-4376 The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for the furnishing of all labour, material, tools and equipment to provide the following at Newcastle, Bathurst and Campbellton Armouries, New Brunswick: 1. Weekly Heating Plant operational inspection at Newcastle, Bathurst and Campbellton Armouries; 2. Heating season system start-up at all Armouries; 3. End of heating season system shut down at all Armouries; and 4. Repair services, when requested, at all Armouries. All work is to be completed in accordance with the Specification Number L-G2-9900/1746 forming part of the bid document. The Service Contract is required for the period of April 1, 2018 to March 31, 2019 with an option to extend for two additional one year periods. The estimated cost (based on the Contract plus the two option years) for this opportunity is within the following cost category: $100,001 to $250,000 (HST included).
