NOTICE OF OPTIONAL SITE VISIT - Addendum 1

The work under this Service Contract covers the furnishing of all labour, supervision, tools, cleaning material and equipment required to provide Janitorial Services for routine daily cleaning at Moncton and Sussex Armouries as directed and specified herein.

Theestimated cost (based on the Contract plus two option years) for this opportunity is within the following cost category: $250,000. - $500,000.
