To supply various mattress ticking in accordance with the 
specifications in Annex "A" - Requirement, Annex "B" - Basis of 
Payment’ and Annex "C" - Delivery Destinations and Authorized Site Authorities for Correctional Service Canada, CORCAN, various locations across Canada, as and when requested, during the period of the National Indi
vidual Standing Offer from date of Standing Offer issue to 31 May 2018 inclusive.

If the Standing Offer is authorized for use beyond the initial period, the Offeror offers to extend its offer for an additional 4 periods, fr
om 01June 2018 to 31 May 2019; 01 June 2019to 31 May 2020; 01 June 2020 
to 31 May 2021 and 01 June 2021 to 31 May 2022; under the same conditions and at the rates or prices specified in the Standing Offer, or at the rates or prices calculated in accordance with the formula specified in the Standing Offer.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
