To supply all labour with necessary supervision, equipment, factory training and experience related to Johnson Controls Metasys computer system, operating, field processing equipment and sensing/control hardware, including pneumatic controlling and controller devices, in accordance with Annex “A” Statement of Work for Environment Canada, National Hydrology Research Centre and Canadian Wildlife Service, Saskatoon, SK, as and when requested, during the period of the Standing Offer - from
 date of award to 31 December 2016..

If the Standing Offer is authorized for use beyond the initial period, the Offeror offers to extend its offer for an additional two (2) periods, from 01 January 2017 to 31 December 2017 and 01 January 2018 to 3
1 December 2018 under the same conditions and at the rates or prices specified in the Standing Offer, or at the rates or prices calculated in
 accordance with the formula specified in the Standing Offer.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), andthe Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
