Correctional Service Canada requires a Regional Individual Standing Offer for the supply and delivery of Ice Cream Products as required to Stony Mountain Institution Canteen in Stony Mountain, MB. The Standing Offer will be in effect from December 1, 2019 to November 30, 2020.

All deliveries must be to FOB Correctional Service Canada, Stony Mountain Institution, Stony Mountain, MB, building C-17 and must include all delivery and off-loading charges.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods.

This RFSO allows offerors to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their offers electronically. Offerors must refer to Part 2 of the RFSO entitled Offeror Instructions and Part 3 of the RFSO entitled Offer Preparation Instructions, for further information on using this method.
