1.2.1 Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), Western Region, on behalf of  Department of National Defence, has a requirement for Regional Individual Standing Offers  (RISO’s) for the supply, delivery and offloading of Miscellaneous Groceries on an as and when  requested basis to CFB Wainwright in Denwood, AB for the period of the Standing Offer.
 
1.2.2 The period of the Standing Offers will be for One Year, from June 1, 2021 to May 31, with applicable refresh and rebid periods as indicated in Annex B of this document.

1.2.3 There will be one Standing Offer awarded per commodity, if one supplier is successful in more  than one commodity, then the commodities will be combined for that supplier.  Otherwise there  will be up to four standing Offers issued for this requirement for each six month period.
