Public services and Procurement Canada on the behalf of the Department of National Defence, 17 Wing, Winnipeg, MB, has the requirement for the provision of all labour, material, tools transportation and equipment to carry out air monitoring and inspection services in the following locations:

a. 17 Wing, Winnipeg   North and South Site buildings.
b. Minto Armoury, 969 St Matthews Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba.
c. McGregor Armoury, 551 Machray Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba.
d. Chippawa Armoury, 1 Navy Way, Winnipeg, Manitoba.
e. St Charles Range, Saskatchewan Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba.

The term of the standing offer will be from date of issuance to February 29, 2024, with three additional one year option periods to follow.

The requirement is limited to Canadian services

This RFSO allows offerors to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their offers electronically. Offerors must refer to Part 2 of the RFSO entitled Offeror Instructions and Part 3 of the RFSO entitled Offer Preparation Instructions, for further information on using this method.

COVID-19 vaccination requirement

This requirement is subject to the COVID-19 Vaccination Policy for Supplier Personnel. Failure to complete and provide the COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement Certification as part of the bid will render the bid non-responsive.
