Amendment 001 is issued for Solicitation Number 21501-215455/D to extend the Solicitation closing date from October 4, 2022 to October 18, 2022.



SUPPLIERS SHOULD READ THE ENTIRE SOLICITATION DOCUMENT AS THERE HAVE BEEN SIGNIFICANT CHANGES.


Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf of Correctional Services Canada, has a requirement for geographically zone based Regional Individual Standing Offers (RISO) for the supply and delivery of Fresh Produce on an as and when requested basis.

The period of the Standing Offers will be for one, six-month period: 

Period D from date of issuance to March 31, 2023, 
 
with applicable refresh and rebid periods as indicated in Annex A and Annex B of this document.

There will be one Standing Offer awarded per zone, if one supplier is successful in more than one zone, then the awards will be combined for that supplier.  Otherwise there will be one Standing Offer issued for this requirement for each zone for the six month period.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
