Line 1, High Throughput Sequencing Services

Agriculture and Agri-Food (AAFC)-SRDC, Saskatoon Research and Development Centre (SRDC), Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, requires a Standing offer for Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) and bioinformatics support on an as and when required basis. The Supplier will be required to provide the labour, equipment, supplies and lab space to perform quality control of DNA and RNA, construct libraries using a variety of approaches, perform library QC, and perform sequencing of the libraries using a wide variety of technology platforms, modes and throughputs from submitted DNA, RNA and user generated library samples.

This service allows suppliers to submit bids, offers and arrangements electronically to PWGSC Bid Receiving Units. This online service enables the electronic transfer of large files up to Protected B level.

Faxed and hard copy (submitted in person or via mail/courier) bids will not be accepted for the subject bid solicitation.
