Real Properties Operations Detachment Borden (RPO Det. Borden) has a requirement for clothing rental and cleaning on an as and when required basis. The proposed contract with task authorizations is for1 year, from the 1st of October 2016 to the 30th ofSeptember 2017 with an option to extend the contract for an additional four (4) one (1) year periods.

Bidders must provide documentation that they meet the following minimum specifications:

1. Bidder must provide documentation outlining that they have 5 years of experience within the last 8 years in clothing rental and cleaning.

2. Bidder must provide in writing a list of 2 contracts each worth a minimum of $10,000.00 for cleaning and renting of a minimum 28 uniforms for the duration of 1 year. 

The procurement is limited to Canadian services.

All inquiries must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Authority no later than seven (7) calendar days before the bid closing date. Inquiries received after that time may not be answered.
