Defence Research and Development Canada (DRDC) Toronto requires
force plates to measure ground reaction forces while CH-146
Griffon Helicopter crew members perform simulated mission tasks
in a laboratory setting.  The ability to measure ground reaction
forces is required to create a biomechanical model, and to
understand how the crew members interact with their environment.

Force plates must include all the related hardware and software
(if applicable) for capture and analysis of ground reaction
forces.  Force plates must be a commercial off-the-shelf
product.  The intent for the force plate outputs is for the
three orthogonal forces and three orthogonal moments to be fed
into the motion capture system (Qualisys Track Manager via
Qualisys Analog Interface) so that it can synchronize both the
force plate and EMG data with itself.

All the deliverables for the firm requirement must be received
on or before 31 March 2015.
