The Department of National Defence - Regional Cadet Support Unit
(RCSU) Central Detachment London will be hosting the Western
Ontario Area (WOA) Band and Drill Competition 8 - 10 May 2015 in
London, Ontario.  

Gymnasiums, accommodations and meals are required for the
Competition.  

There will be approximately 800 cadets and staff involved with
the Competition.  Single occupancy accommodations are required
for approximately 325 personnel on Friday, 8 May 2015 and
approximately 400 personnel on Saturday, 9 May 2015. 

The proposed bidders must meet all mandatory criteria detailed
in the Request for Proposal document.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
