Environment Canada requires the supply and delivery of a
Portable Liquid Nitrogen System. The system is required to
augment a major aircraft campaign for the Alberta Oilsands
region. The research is being conducted as part of EC commitment
to study the Alberta Oilsands, specifically  as part of the Join
Oil sands Monitoring (JOSM) program, in order to understand the
cumulative health impacts of the Oil sands  As part of this
program, an aircraft is flown with various instruments for
measuring pollution.

It is the intent to issue one contract as a result of this
solicitation.

The complete Portable Liquid Nitrogen System must be delivered
on or before by March 31, 2014.

A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation
and meet all mandatory requirements to be declared responsive.

The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be
recommended for contract award.

evaluation criteria, point-rated evaluation criteria, and basis
of selection.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
