THIS AMENDS THE CLOSING DATE TO NOVEMBER 26, 2014.

Environment Canada (EC), Cloud Physics and Severe Weather
Section, Toronto, ON, has a requirement for Delivery of four (4)
Present Weather Sensor Units, which must be delivered on or
before March 31, 2015.

There is also the option to purchase two (2) additional units
during the contract period. The optional quantity may be
required by March 31, 2016.

The Present Weather Sensors (PWS) will be used to conduct
various meteorological field studies across Canada. PWS is one
of a number of instruments measuring various parameters and give
specific information on visibility, precipitation type and
intensity and other parameters using an optical forward
scattering technique.

It is intended to issue one contract as a result of this
solicitation.

A bid must comply with the requirement of the bid solicitation
and meet all mandatory requirements to be declared responsive.

The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price per point
will be recommended for award of contract.

evaluation, point-rated technical criteria and basis of
selection.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
