This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number K3D33-160737/A dated January 5, 2016 with a closing of February 17, 2016 at 02:00 PM.

Environment Canada - MSC Division, has a requirement for the supply and delivery of 12 Strand Single Braid Deep Sea Mooring Ropes to be used within the department’s Buoy Network at their Bedford, Nova Scotia andVictoria, British Columbia. Canada, facility locations.

All deliverables must be completed within 10 to 12 weeks after Contract Award.

Delivery 1: 

(a) Type 1: 1-1/2 inch - polyolefin hollow 12 strand single braid with paired strands (floating rope): - 1 continuous piece of 8530 feet in one box); and

(b) Type 2: 1-1/4 inch -  polyolefin - polyester blend rope (12 strand single braid with paired strands) hollow braid (total 6562 feet), to be provided in 2 boxes.
- 1 continuous piece of 5000feet in one box);
- 1 continuous piece of 1562 feet in one box);

(c) Also required is a quantity of ten (10) Nylite Thimble Yellow Shield and Spool only.

Delivery 2:

(a) Type 1: 1-1/2 inch - polyolefin hollow 12 strand single braid with pairedstrands (floating rope): (total 12,000 feet) to be provided in 2 boxes - 1 continuous piece of 6,000 feet in each box); and

(b) Type 2: 1-1/4 inch - polyolefin - polyester blend rope (12 strand single braid with paired strands) hollow braid (total 8,000 feet), to be provided in 1 continuous piece in one box.
