This Notice of Proposed Procurement Amendment 003 is issued to:

Delete:
1)  The proposed hotel facility must be located within 11
kilometers of CFC, located at 215 Yonge Blvd., Toronto, Ontario
and within the transit time of 30 minutes by public transit
(single fare);


Insert:
1)  The proposed hotel facility must be located within 11
kilometers of CFC, located at 215 Yonge Blvd., Toronto, Ontario
and within the transit time of 30 minutes by public transit
(single fare) leaving the proposed hotel at 7AM;

THIS AMENDS THE CLOSING DATE OF THE NPP POSTED ON THE MERX
ELECTRONIC BOARD TO 15 MARCH 2013.

HOTEL SERVICES

Department of National Defence, Canadian Forces College (CFC),
Toronto, Ontario has a requirement for hotel room accommodations
and conference room facilities, on an as and when requested
basis, for various training and symposiums, which are held on an
annual basis at CFC - Toronto.  The proposed contract period is
from the date of contract award to 31 March 2015 with the option
to extend the term of the contract by 2-1 year periods each.

Some of the mandatories for this requirement are as follows:

1)  The proposed hotel facility must be located within 10
kilometers of CFC, located at 215 Yonge Blvd., Toronto, Ontario
and within the transit time of 30 minutes by public transit
(single fare);

2)  The proposed hotel facility must have a minimum three (3)
stars rating as designated by "Canada Select", or an equivalent
quality rating system (for example: CAA/AAA Diamond Rating). 
The hotel must have been awarded the rating by the closing date
and time of this solicitation;

3) The hotel property must have as a minimum of 200 Standard
Guest Rooms;

The estimated funding for this proposed contract is $350,000.00
per year (HST included).
