This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of the Real Property Operations Detachment Borden, Department of National Defence for the procurement of services on an 'as and when requested' basis. The Bidder will be responsible for the maintenance, quarterly inspections, and repairs of all Spray Booths located at CFB Borden, Ontario in accordance with Annex A. 2. It is intended to result in the award of a contract for one (1) year with 4-1year options. 3. There are security requirements associated with this requirement. For additional information, consult Part 6 - Security, Financial and Other Requirements, and Part 7 - Resulting Contract Clauses. For more information on personnel and organization security screening or security clauses, bidders should refer to the Industrial Security Program (ISP) of Public Works and Government Services Canada (http://ssi-iss.tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca/index-eng.html) website. 4. Mandatory Site Visit: It is mandatory that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held at CFB Borden, March 29, 2022. 5. The Bidder must provide documentation and demonstrate in the bid that they meet each and every criterion. Failure to provide supporting documentation may result in the bid being deemed non-responsive. 6. Please refer to the RFP, Part 4 - Evaluation Procedures and Basis of Selection, Article 4.2 Mandatory Technical Criteria for the complete list of mandatory evaluation criteria. 7. The Bidder must demonstrate that they meet every mandatory evaluation criteria in their bid by submitting supporting documentation. Failure to provide supporting documentation by bid closing date will result in the bid being deemed non-responsive. 8. The Bidder must submit pricing in accordance with Annex B - Basis of Payment, in Canadian Funds. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
