Trade Agreement: WTO-AGP/NAFTA/AIT/Canada FTAs with Peru/Colombia/Panama Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Attachment: None Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Liquid Chromatograph H4004-145264/A The Ontario Food Laboratory of Health Canada requires the supply, delivery, installation, and configuration of a Liquid Chromatograph Triple Quadrupole Mass Spectrometer (LC-MS-MS) Linear Ion Trap system, in accordance with Annex A, at 2301 Midland Avenue in Scarborough, Ontario. The system must be delivered to this location no later than March 31, 2015. The Bidder must submit test results, with their bid, achieved through analysis of standard solutions supplied by Health Canada, Toronto, ON to demonstrate instrument performance regarding Annex A, 5.2 and 5.3. Contact Peter Pantazopoulos - no later than 15th January 2015 at (416) 973-1558 or peter.pantazopoulos@hc.gc.ca to obtain samples. The Contracting Authority for the requirement must be included on all requests for samples Instructions will be provided with the samples. Performance must meet the minimum requirements outlined in Annex A, Section 5.0. Supporting data (i.e. chromatograms and conditions) must be provided with the Bidder's proposal. Please refer to the Request for Proposal document for the complete details regarding this requirement including the mandatory criteria, evaluation criteria and basis of selection. Delivery Date: 31/03/2015 The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
