Department of National Defence (DND), Canadian Forces Support Training Group (CFSTG) located at Canadian Forces Base Borden (CFBBorden) has a requirement for Cable Television services to be delivered on a monthly basis.  Additional services will be on an “as and when requested basis” through a Task Authorization process.

The Contractor is to provide all labour, materials, tools, cabling and equipment necessary to deliver cable television services includes installationof outlets, provision of equipment, and delivery of channels and programming on a bulk-billing basis to a number of suites located in various buildings inside CFB Borden.  There are approximately 638 government-owned television sets currently on location.

This Contract includes a firm monthly service requirement with additional services on an “as and when requested services” basis and will be for a period of2 years from the date of Contract award.  There will be an irrevocable option to extend the contract for 3 additional one-year periods.  

A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
