For the supply, delivery, installation, configuration, and training of a Liquid Chromatograph with Photodiode Array and Refractive Index Detector (LCPARID) includes any optional goods and services in accordance with the specifications detailed in Annex A - Requirement. 

Delivery is required on or before March 31, 2016.

The maximum funding available for the Contract resulting from the bid solicitation is 
$ 114,500.00. for line item 1.0 detailed in Annex B (Applicable Taxes extra). Bids valued in excess of this amount will be considered non-responsive. This disclosure does not commit Canada to pay the maximum funding available.


A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
