 IMPORTANT NOTICE TO SUPPLIERS  Government of Canada is moving

The Department of National Defence, Canadian Forces Base (CFB)
Borden, Borden, Ontario has a requirement for a contractor  to
provide all labour, materials, tools, equipment and
transportation required for the inspection, maintenance and
repairs to the Ice Plant and other ice making equipment in
accordance with the Statement of Work detailed at Annex A of the
Request for Proposal (RFP) document.  There is a firm
requirement for scheduled preventative maintenance services as
well as remedial maintennce services on an "as and when required
basis" through the issuance of a Task Authorization (TA).

The period of the Contract is from 1 August 2013 to 31 July 2015
inclusive, with the option to extend the contract by up to two
(2) additional one (1) year period under the same conditions.

MANDATORY SITE VISIT:  It is mandatory that the Bidder or a
representative of the Bidder visit the work site.   Arrangements
have been made for the site visit to be held on 24 May 2013, at
10:00 a.m., Contracts Conference Room, Room 234, 16 Ramillies
Road (P-154), CFB Borden, Borden, Ontario

Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority, Marian
Shaw, by telephone 905-615-2065 and/or by e-mail @
marian.shaw@pwgsc-tpsgc.gc.ca,  no later than one (1) day before
the scheduled visit to confirm attendance and provide the names
of the person(s) who will attend.  Bidders who do not attend or
send a representative will not be given an alternative
appointment and their bids will be rejected as non-compliant.

regarding this requirement including the evaluation criteria and
basis of selection
