Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) requires
Janitorial Services for the Health
Canada office located at 110 Stone Rd W, Guelph, Ontario, Canada.

Period of the resulting Contract will be from 01 June 2015 to 31
May 2018 with Canada having the
irrevocable option of extending the Contract for two (2)
additional twelve (12) month periods to 31
May 2020.

The Bidder must provide the company's Health and Safety Plan.
The bidder should have relevant corporate experience in
providing similar service.
The bidder must provide a minimum of three (3) references from
former clients within the last three
(3) years.

It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the
Bidder visit the work site.
Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held at 110
Stone Rd W, Guelph, Ontario,
Canada on 14 April 2015. The site visit will begin at 10:00 a.m.
EST at the front entrance.
Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting
Authority no later than 13 April 2015
to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s)
who will attend.
