Cleaning Services - Janitorial

The Department of National Defence requires the services of a
Contractor to provide Janitorial Services to CFB Borden.  The
services will be provided from contract award for six months,
with two (2) one year option periods. 

CFB Borden is a large Base with constant usage, therefore it is
very important to DND to ensure the services being provided meet
the standards outlined in the Statement of Work. 

It is mandatory that the Bidder or a representative of the
Bidder visit the work site.  Arrangements have been made for
site visit to be held on July 14, 2015 at 11:00 am at CFB
Borden, Building O-159.  Bidders must communicate with the
Contracting Authority no later than two (2) days before the
scheduled visit to confirm attendance and provide the names of
the person(s) who will attend.  Bidders will be required to sign
an attendance form.  

The proposals received will be evaluated against point rated
criteria.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
