NPP Amendment No. 001 is being issued to correct the closing date time zone from Eastern Daylight Saving Time (EDT) to Eastern Standard Time (EST).

This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number KW405-210614/A, dated January 15, 2021 with a closing of January 29, 2021 at 14:00 EST. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders who bid on the previous solicitation.

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO SUPPLIERS RE. BID SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

Due to the impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, temporary measures are being taking on-site at the Ontario Region Bid Receiving Unit to encourage social distancing. The health and safety of staff and suppliers remain our top priority.

Suppliers are required to submit bids electronically using the Canada Post ePost Connect application for the subject bid solicitation. This service allows suppliers to submit bids, offers and arrangements electronically to PWGSC Bid Receiving Units. This online service enables the electronic transfer of large files up to Protected B level.

Faxed and hard copy (submitted in person or via mail/courier) bids will not be accepted for the subject bid solicitation.

REQUIREMENT:

Environment and Climate Change Canada has a requirement to purchase one (1) Front End Loader, ancillary items and Integrated Logistic Support items, including training.

This bid solicitation process is open only to suppliers holding a Supply Arrangement (SA) under the Request (RFSA) E60HS-18LOAD/A.  If you wish to become a pre-qualified supplier under this RFSA, refer to: https://buyandsell.gc.ca/procurement-data/tender-notice/PW-HS-644-75242 . 

As a requirement of the SA, this notice is published on Buyandsell.gc.ca for a period of fifteen (15) calendar days.

Delivery Date:

The above-mentioned goods must be received on or before June 15, 2021.

Debriefings:

Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days from receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.
