This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number W0113-16CS06/A dated 2016-09-09 with a closing of November 8, 2016 at 2:00pm. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders who bid on the previoussolicitation.

The 2 companies that bid on Solicitation A have been invited directly to bid on Solicitation B, they are Safety Services Nova Scotia and REA. 

Occupational Hygiene Instructor

The Canadian Forces Health Services Training Centre at the Canadian Forces Base Borden has a requirement for an Occupational Health Instructor. 

The period of the Contract is from date of Contract to December 31, 2017 inclusive.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).

Basis of Selection- Lowest Price Per Point
1. To be declared responsive, a bid must:
a. comply with all the requirements of the bid solicitation;
b. meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria; and
c. obtain the required minimum of 168 points overall for the technical evaluation criteria which are subject to point rating. The rating is performed on a scale of 240 points.

2. Bids not meeting (a) or (b) or (c) will be declared non-responsive. Neither the responsive bid that receives the highest number of points nor the one that proposed the lowest price will necessarily be accepted. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price per point will be recommended for award ofa contract.
