Mountain Bikes

The Department of National Defence (DND), Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Borden has a requirement for 75 Mountain bikes to support the training program.  The mountain bikes will be used in off-road conditions by male and female adolescent (14-18) riders from novice to moderately experience within the province of Ontario, and therefore the mountain bike must extremely durable and relatively low-maintenance.

Delivery Date : All the deliverables must be received on or before March 29, 2019.

Mandatory Technical Criteria

The bidders must comply with all mandatory technical criteria identified in Annex C, Mandatory Technical Criteria.

Financial Evaluation

Bidders must submit their financial bid in accordance with Annex B - Basis of Payment. Applicable Taxes are extra and must be shown separately.

The price used in the evaluation will be the total of all the items.  

Basis of Selection

A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
