Nature of Requirements: 

The objective of this requirement is to create a Standing Offer for the supply and delivery, on an as and when requested basis, of plumbing supplies, excluding tools, listed in the "Allpriser Redbook (Plumbing and Heating)" Price Guide (Ontario Edition). The resulting Standing Offer will be available to authorized Federal Government Departments, Crown Corporations and Agencies in the Ontario Region, excluding the National Capital Region.

The Contractor must meet the requirements stated in the Statement of Requirement, which include:

- must receive orders by telephone;
- must provide bilingual customer service;
- must be open for business Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM local time; and
- must deliver urgent orders within 24 hours, and no later than five days for all other orders.

The proposed period of the Regional Master Standing Offer (RMSO) is from the date of Standing Offer issuance - September 30 2020 with 2, 1-year extension periods. 

This procurement is set aside under the federal government's Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business.

This procurement is set aside from the international trade agreements under the provision each has for set-asides for small and minority businesses.

Further to article 1802 of the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT), AIT does not apply to this procurement.
