Various Locations throughout British Columbia operated by Fisheries and Oceans, Small Craft Harbours

Work Description: 
Work under this standing offer shall include all labour, materials, tools, equipment, supervision and transportation required to provide engineering services, which may include:

.1 Inspection / Site Assessment Service
.2 Design Service
.3 Tender Service
.4 Construction Support Service
.5 Commissioning Service
.6 Post Construction Service
 
Period of Standing Offer:
The period for placing call-ups against the Standing Offer shall be for two (2) years commencing from the start date identified on the Standing Offer.

If the Standing Offer is authorized for use beyond the initial period, the Consultant offers to extend its proposal for three (3) additional one (1) year periods under the same conditions and at the rates or prices specified in the Standing Offer.

It is anticipated that up to five (5) standing offer will be issued. The total dollar value of all Standing Offers is estimated to be $4,000,000.00, GST Extra, for the initial two (2) year period.

Basis of Selection:
Highest Combined Rating of Technical Evaluation Rating Score (80) and Price Rating Score (20).The proposals will be ranked in order from the highest to the lowest using the total score (technical plus price).  The proponents submitting the highest ranked proposals will be recommended for issuance of a standing offer.  In the case of a tie, the Proponent submitting the lower price for the services will be selected.  Canada reserves the right to issue up to five (5) Standing Offers.

There is no site visit scheduled for this requirement.
