    Requirement:
    Supply a Medium Duty runway sweeper as noted in the request for proposal with all accessories customarily furnished and installed on this type of unit, whether specified herein or not, to function reliably and efficiently under all conditions of service. This sweeper is intended to replace the current sweeper in use at the Penticton Airport. Transport Canada will also consider a RE·LIFE unit. In this case the Bidder is to provide the Sweeper Core or Superstructure to be Re-Lifed. The Re-Life unit must meet, as a minimum, the original performance and capacity specifications in every respect.
    
    All parts used in the Re-Life must meet or exceed the specification function of the original equipment, and must be readily available.
    
    This requirement has an option to purchase additional accessories.
    
    The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), the Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement, and the Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement and Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA).
    
    The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on procurement.
