The Statistics Canada Printing Centre, located in Ottawa, On.,
has a requirement to renew their colour printing infrastructure
through a 36 month lease of one colour production printer and
prepress tools to streamline editing and job submission
operation , all networked in a digital workflow environment.
This contract is for the supply, delivery, and installation of
the equipment as well as any training that would be necessary to
allow users to access all of the required features of the
equipment.

The lease term will include the provision of all preventive and
remedial service and the provision of all imaging consumables as
well as the removal of the equipment at the end of the lease
period.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
